Gala Dinner at Pathumwan Princess Hotel. The gala dinner will be held outdoors. Please wear light outfits as the temperature will be between 25-30 degrees Celsius. In case of rain, the gala dinner will be moved indoors.

After-Conference Special Session

For participants attending IPBA2024 interested in engaging with CBS, the marketing department is organising a special session. This session, scheduled for Saturday, 2 November 2024, following the conference, is an opportunity to discuss potential collaborations or strengthen existing partnerships. Travel Information

Travelling from Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) to Chulalongkorn University and Pathumwan Princess Hotel in Bangkok is straightforward

Subway

Airport Rail Link and BTS Skytrain

Take the Airport Rail Link from BKK to Phaya Thai Station. Then, switch to the BTS Skytrain, heading towards Bearing, and get off at National Stadium Station. The venue/hotel is a short walk from this station. This method is economical and efficient, especially during peak traffic hours.

Taxi

Taxis are readily available at the airport. The journey to the hotel might take about 30 to 45 minutes, depending on traffic. It's advisable to ensure the taxi uses a meter. It should not cost more than 500 Baht excluding the airport and express way fees.

Pathumwan Princess (Approx. €100 per night): This hotel, hosting the gala dinner and welcome reception, is conveniently located just a 4-minute walk from the conference venue.

**Delegates are invited to book rooms at the Pathumwan Princess Hotel at a special rate by completing this form and contacting the hotel directly. The special rate is valid until 22 August 2024.**

Ibis Bangkok Siam (Approx. €55 per night): A budget-friendly option, this hotel is also a 15-minute walk from the conference venue, providing easy access for attendees.

Siam@Siam (Approx. €75 per night): This boutique hotel, offering unique charm, is situated a 15-minute walk from the conference venue.

Sasa Nives, managed by Chulalongkorn University and priced at approximately 50 Euros per night, is situated just a 1-minute walk from the conference venue, making it the most economical option. To book a room, please reach out to the conference organisers. Be aware that availability is limited and rooms are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
